    I’m trying to find a copy of the city’s preliminary operating and capital budgets, but can’t find them on the city’s web site. To the best of my recollection, in the past years, these have been available to the public. Can you help me locate them? If not, could you let me know when they’ll be made available?

      “Highlights.”

      The 2011 Operating Budget will be posted on the same page on the website as soon as the budget is tabled with Executive Policy Committee.
